Jobs Description

Identity, review and evaluation investment and corporate m&a opportunities;
Conduct industry and company research;
Undertake market research and financeial analysis and develop financial and forecast models;
Prepare presentation materials and reports;
Formulate and present investment recommendations to key parties;
Keep abreast of market development and provide market updates when appropriate;
Actively contributes in due diligence, documentation review, road show arrangement and deal settlement;
Liaise with clients and professional parties in deal execution; and
Handle ad hoc projects as and when required.

Degree holder in finance, accounting, economics, legal or related disciplines with additional professional qualifications such as CFA / CPA is preferred;
2-3 years of relevant equity research experiences;
Possess strong research, financial analysis, writing and presentation skills;
Knowledge of building financial and valuation modeling and performing integrated analysis essential;
Familiar with research and financial tools preferred;
Highly motivated, independent, well organized and willing to work under pressure;
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
Frequent travel to China and overseas will be required.
